Robot patient simulator with multimedia software

Price: Upon Request

The robot simulator is a full-size model of a human with observance of anatomical details.

An anatomical face mask made of elastic polyurethane completely visually and tactilely imitates a real person skin, and allows to take measures to remove the lower jaw and to press nose wings during CPR activities.

Overhead injuries and wounds of varying severity may be replaced and installed on any part of the robot simulator body.

The simulator is controlled from a computer with installed software.

The simulator is used to assess the patient’s condition at the initial stage and practice the following skills:

  • assessment of airway patency
  • assessment of breathing, saturation (lung function)
  • assessment of blood circulation (pulse, pressure, ECG)
  • general assessment (skin, limbs, back).
  • provision of medical care at this stage
  • active participation of all team members to simultaneously perform several procedures (e.g. monitoring, intravenous access, mechanical ventilation)
  • effective exchange of information about the patient’s condition and the adopted treatment tactics.
  • stabilization of the patient’s condition to conduct a full assessment of his/her status.
  • continuous monitoring of treatment results
  • continuous support of the patient’s vital functions
  • decision-making on the need to involve additional assistance

Functional features:

  • Simulation of respiratory sounds and noises.
  • Visualization of chest excursion.
  • Taking an electrocardiogram with a real electrocardiograph with a library of various pathologies.
  • Vital signs monitoring system – display of patient parameters, including blood pressure and body temperature, on a bedside monitor.
  • Pupils automatically react to light.
  • Function: Eye blinking.
  • Simulation of cyanosis of the nasolabial triangle
  • The manikin is able to reproduce individual interjections, wheezing, coughing, calls for help
  • Palpation of the pulse at 6 points – bilaterally.
  • Measurement of blood pressure.
  • Auscultation of breathing sounds and heartbeat
  • Function: Carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Function: Carrying out intravenous injections.
  • Automatic response to injections (recorded on the touchscreen monoblock by reading the PIN code).
  • Simulation of sweating in the frontal area.
  • Simulation of changes in capillary filling and skin temperature on a bedside monitor.
  • Simulation of saturation indicators, heart rate through a simulation pulse oximeter

Rhythms recorded by the ECG machine:

  • Early extrasystole (polytopic atrial extrasystoles).
  • Sinus arrhythmia.
  • Atrial flutter.
  • Low-amplitude atrial fibrillation.
  • High-amplitude atrial fibrillation.
  • First-degree AV block.
  • Second-degree AV block (Mobitz type I second-degree AV block).
  • Atrial pauses exceeding 2.5 s.
  • Ventricular monofocal extrasystole.
  • Ventricular multifocal extrasystole.
  • Ventricular rhythm (ventricular extrasystole).
  • Bigeminy (ventricular extrasystole of the bigeminy type).
  • R-wave in T-wave phenomenon (intercalary early ventricular extrasystole type “R” on “T”).
  • Ventricular extrasystole (paired ventricular extrasystoles, polymorphic).
  • Unstable contractions (run of unstable ventricular tachycardia).
  • Tachycardia (tachycardia with a wide QRS complex).
  • Ventricular fibrillation.
  • ST-segment elevation.
  • ST-segment depression.

Scenarios:

  • acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock
  • acute coronary syndrome, pulmonary edema
  • anaphylactic shock
  • internal bleeding
  • bronchial asthma
  • ventricular tachycardia
  • ACS without ST-segment elevation, unstable angina pectoris
  • acute coronary syndrome (MI) with ST-segment elevation
  • pulmonary edema, hypertensive crisis
  • pulmonary embolism
  • organophosphate poisoning
  • ventricular fibrillation.
